Ingredients
∙ 2 ripe tomatoes
∙ 1 small cucumber
∙ ½ red pepper
∙ ¼ red onion
∙ 1 garlic clove
∙ 1 tbsp cashew nuts
∙ 150 ml water
∙ salt and pepper
∙ hot pepper (optional)
How to Prepare
▻ Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fine.
▻ Serve it cold, topped with crushed nuts or hot pepper.
