・1 cup frozen cherries
・1 cup water or unsweetened coconut water

How to Prepare

Ingredients
・1 frozen banana
・2 fresh bananas
・4 kiwi fruit without skin
・juice of 1/2 lime
・1 tsp barley grass juice powder
・1 cup spinach
・1/2 to 1 cup water
Toppings for your smoothie bowl – choose your favourite: banana slices, kiwi slices, organic shredded coconut, blueberries, or any other fruits you like.
How to Prepare
▻Start by blending the spinach with 1/2 cup of water.
▻Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, you can add in extra water while blending.

・2 cups frozen mango cubes (about 2 large mango cheeks)

・Large handful of fresh mint
・3 tbsp fresh lime juice
・2 cups coconut water
・1-2 dates (optional for extra sweetness)
