Watermelon Granita

Ingredients

6-7 cups chopped watermelon

1/4 cups lime juice

1/2 tbsp lime zest

Raw honey to taste (optional)

How to Prepare

▻Blend the watermelon, lime juice, lime zest, and maple syrup/honey until smooth.

▻Freeze for at least 2 hours, then stir with a fork every 30 minutes to break the ice crystals, until you get a crunchy, slush-like texture.

 

Aloe Watermelon Slushy

Ingredients

2 cups frozen seedless watermelon

2-4 tbsp aloe

1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp lime juice

How to Prepare

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve immediately.

 

 

Watermelon Refresher

Ingredients

4 cups cold watermelon

1/4 cup fresh mint

juice from 1-2 limes

How to Prepare

▻Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Strain juice and enjoy!
