Ingredients

∙2 green apples

∙1 handful peppermint

∙1 teaspoon spirulina powder

∙1 cm fresh curcuma (or 1 teaspoon powder curcuma)

How to Prepare

▻Wash the apples and the peppermint.

▻Remove the apple seeds and peel the curcuma (if using fresh curcuma).

▻Juice the apples, peppermint and the fresh curcuma add the spirulina and mix. 

▻If using curcuma powder, juice the apples and peppermint, then add the spirulina and the turmeric at the end.
