Ingredients
∙2 slices fresh pineapple
∙½ green apple
∙½ cucumber
∙2 celery stalks
∙½ cup barley grass (or 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder)
∙50ml (coconut) water (optional)
How to Prepare
Wash all ingredients well and juice them with a cold press juicer with celery function. For the best flavour, start with the pineapple and apple, and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Alternatively, blend all ingredients in a blender with 50ml (coconut) water and strain finely before serving.
Serve immediately to avoid oxidation.
