Ingredients
∙½ raw beetroot
∙2 young carrots
∙1 cup fresh raspberries
∙½ lemon
∙50ml (coconut) water (optional)
How to Prepare
▻Wash all ingredients well. Peel the beetroot and the carrots, and juice the lemon.
▻Juice the beetroot and carrots using a cold press juicer. For the best flavour, start with the raspberries, then add the carrots and the beetroot.
▻Add the lemon juice.
▻Alternatively, blend the beetroot, carrots and raspberries in a blender with 50ml (coconut) water, strain finely and add the lemon juice.
▻This shot is best served immediately, but can be stored in the fridge for max. 3h.
