Ingredients
∙¾ cup water
∙½ cup unsweetened plant based milk
∙½ cup frozen or fresh wild blueberries or strawberries
∙1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Optional ingredients
∙½ tsp cinnamon
∙½ tsp anise
How to Prepare
▻Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. When ready you can strain the drink to remove the blueberry or strawberry seeds, but this step is optional.
▻Heat on low until warm.
▻Pour into two cups and, if desired, spoon extra frothed milk on top and sprinkle cinnamon. For a delightful presentation, use transparent glasses or cups.
