Ingredients
∙ 2 avocados
∙ 1 minced garlic clove
∙ ½ finely chopped red onion
∙ 1 handful bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
∙ a little bit of jalapeño for spiciness
∙ the juice from half a lime or lemon
∙ salt and pepper to taste
∙ pomegranate seeds for topping
How to Prepare
▻ Mix all the ingredients together, except the pomegranate seeds, and mash with a fork until smooth.
▻ Add pomegranate seeds on top.
▻ Eat it right away to avoid oxidation, or drizzle lemon/lime juice on top and store in the fridge until later.
