∙2 red apples and 3 ripe pears, diced

How to Prepare
▻Blend the diced apples and pears in a powerful blender or food processor. Divide over two glasses or bowls. Serve immediately or, if you wish to save it for later, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the top to avoid oxidation.
