Ingredients
∙2 frozen bananas
∙2 fresh bananas
∙½ to 1 cup of cold water or coconut water
∙½ tsp cinnamon or pure vanilla bean powder or alcohol-free vanilla extract
∙300g fresh strawberries, cut in quarters
∙2 to 4 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
How to Prepare
▻Using a blender or food processor, mix the frozen and fresh bananas, ¼ cup of (coconut) water, and cinnamon or vanilla extract together. Blend until smooth, adding liquid until the desired consistency is reached.
▻Layer the banana cream and the strawberries in a glass, bowl, or cup. Drizzle a little raw honey if desired and serve immediately.
